Best Taric Skins – Ranked from Worst to Best

Taric, the Shield of Valoran, is a protector and warrior with much charm. He is the guardian of love, beauty, and life, and he appreciates all of these. While he does appreciate all of these, unfortunately, he knows what failure and shame are, as he was exiled from his homeland. At a young age, he showed a lot of potential for being a warrior and trained very hard for it. And now, he’s a great warrior who is worthy of a good skin. In this skins review, learn which skins are the best ones for you.

    1. Emerald Taric

Emerald Taric offers a Middle-earth reference to a skin lacking changes. It gives Taric a more elven lord look, which is suitable for his personality. His charm still remains, but unfortunately, the skin itself closely resembles his classic look. His clothing does accomplish at representing a forest feel, there isn’t much variety in colors, and it seems to stick to an emerald shade. The clothes are pretty simple, but they do have some decorations. Nothing is too noticeable with this skin, and it doesn’t stand out. The middle-earth reference is really the only special factor it has, yet it does execute the theme well. The skin should be considered, especially for its low price.

    Pros

    • Major model changes

    Cons

    • No new particles
    • No new animations
    • No new sounds

The price of this skin is 520 RP.

    2. Armor of the Fifth Age Taric

Armor of the Fifth Age Taric gives a paladin aspect, which again suits him. However, for a skin going for a theme of a paladin, it doesn’t seem to match the skin-tight clothes. Most of Taric’s body lacks protection. The skin will be making you question the fashion choices, such as the pink leg warmers with the colorful boots. The hammer and the color of the gem does match the whole fabulous outfit. This skin may not be adored by everyone, but some will enjoy it. It does lack in appeal and seems a bit outrageous, but it shouldn’t be overlooked.

    Pros

    • Major model changes

    Cons

    • No new particles
    • No new animations
    • No new sounds

The price of this skin is 750 RP.

    3.  Blood Stone Taric

Blood Stone Taric takes on a vampire nature, which is the complete opposite of Taric, which is good as it gives a different take on him. The implementation of it can end up feeling pretty unoriginal since the usual features are present. The pale skin, red eyes, nails that resemble claws, and of course dark armor that is spiked with a black cape that is torn. While the vampiric style isn’t horrible, it would be nice to see something making Blood Stone Taric stand out. The armor colors match the theme with blacks and greys. The design of the shoulders definitely makes the skin a bit more bearable. His mace remains vicious as always, with a ruby adorning it, making it a nice feature. It does struggle to become interesting in some areas. Another plus is the red-colored particles making the skin somewhat better. Unfortunately, the skin ignored his unique personality and characteristics, as well as his charm. However, Blood Stone Taric is still a nice skin for those that loved have always loved the vampiric style.

    Pros

    • Major model changes
    • New particles

    Cons

    • No new animations
    • No new sounds

The price of this skin is 975 RP.

    4. Pool Party Taric

Pool Party Taric turns his heroic nature into the role of a lifeguard. It’s a pretty simple skin, with blonde hair, shorts, and a jacket. Everything that is expected for a skin involving a lifeguard is made well aware. A white watch replaces his gauntlet, and his gems are replaced with lifebuoys adding to the theme. The whole lifeguard role is clearly presented and goes nicely with Taric’s personality. In the time of the battle, we find that abilities involve a lot of water splashes, with sounds to support them. His new death animation features him falling into a pool of water which is nothing too special. Taking all of this in, the skin has a nice concept, but nothing here is special once again. The theme is executed well, but it seems repetitive and would get boring pretty quickly if it’s not up to your alley. The skin could have gone for the proper interpretation for that of Taric. It fails to live up to anything exciting, and the price is a bit expensive for what you get. Some people will find this skin to be a favorite.

    Pros

    • New model
    • New particles
    • New animations
    • New sounds

    Cons

    • Lacking his personality

The price of this skin is 1350 RP.

    Conclusion

Taric is a warrior full of charm that sometimes goes for a serious look or a flashier look. Armor of the Fifth Age is one of those flashy skins, this skin feels like multiple ideas jammed into one skin. The skin is definitely somewhat ridiculous but actually kind of interesting. Emerald Taric transforms him into an elven lord offering a new take on him. It accomplishes a lot, but the classic base is still well noticeable. Some of the skin features make the skin worthy; the fans of the elves or Taric will love this skin.

Bloodstone Taric is for those that love vampires or just the style. It’s an interesting skin with an unoriginal adaptation that does not take advantage of Taric’s personality. It gives nothing unique and feels unimaginative. Pool Party Taric is a skin that is somewhat boring and gets old fast. A skin that seemed rather fixated on the water theme rather than the lifeguard concept. It lacks the display of Taric’s heroic nature. It’s not a completely unappealing skin, but it does fail to stand out.
